OMEGA  was established in 1996 in the city of Burgas. In 1998 OMEGA became a member of NREA – National Real Estate Association and full right member of the International Real Estate Federation – FIABCI.

OMEGA currently has three working offices. The main office is in Burgas and the rest are situated in two of the most popular and preferred Black Sea coast resorts – Saint Vlas and Sozopol.
