What and where to visit while in Burgas?

Summer beach season lasts in Bulgaria from May to the end of September. But Burgas offers something to do outside the “high season”. The city has interesting museums. Most of them are located in the center. The art gallery and archeological museum are the most famous in Burgas . We should mention the Marine Park . There are a lot of  natural attractions in the country.  The region has 13  picturesque  lakes. They are  home to  unique types of  fish, birds and animals.

In winter, on December 6, is another very interesting holiday- people celebrate St. Nicholas who is the patron saint of Burgas. The festivities continue until Christmas. The weather at this time is not too favorable, but a lot of bright positive feelings are guaranteed to the visitors.

We should mention the unique recreational opportunities in Bulgaria.  The small town of Pomorie is situated not far from Bourgas. It is  famous for its therapeutic mud. In addition to the mud , the sanatoriums offer a range of treatments to help you get rid of skin diseases, diseases of the musculature system, nervous disorders and ENT diseases.

And last but not least, the prices on vacation in Bulgaria are much lower than the average.  You can cheaply eat in restaurants and cafes and  make study tours. Renting water sports equipment is at a very reasonable cost.
